Market Place is a new build restaurant and retail building.

The design provides a sensitive re-use of a prominent site in an historic Market Town.  The clients had previously had four planning applications refused and lost one appeal on site, all by others.  By adopting a cooperative approach with the Parish Council, Civic and Victorian Societies, a solution was reached that over came the pertinent issues.
