Regent Street is an apart-hotel development in Leeds city centre, consisting of 97no. 1, 2 and 3-bed rooms.

Part of the scheme includes the refurbishment and inclusion of the existing bank facade, which forms part of a double height entrance lobby, aiming to breathe life into the area from a pedestrian perspective. The refurbishment also includes the existing art-deco portion of the building, in which new openings are proposed to modernise the facade.
