We are thrilled to unveil our residential masterplan for 76 new-build homes in Staveley, near Knaresborough.

Designed for Thomas Alexander Homes, the proposal features a diverse mix of house types and styles, thoughtfully arranged to prioritise green spaces and pedestrian connectivity. The project was approved in June 2024 following close collaboration with North Yorkshire Council.

Great care was taken to ensure the homes reflect the character and charm of Staveley and the nearby town of Knaresborough. The result is a development that embraces a traditional country aesthetic, seamlessly blending with its surroundings while providing a welcoming, modern living environment.
