Vida Court is a new purpose-built 100 bed specialist Dementia Care Home.
The design of Vida Court aims to positively impact the lives of its residents during all stages of their journey with dementia. With eight independently operated houses each designed to suit varying stages of dementia, residents can receive the specific care they need.
Whilst following the principles of layout developed at Vida Grange, Vida Court instead adopts a more traditional exterior appearance using brickwork and stone detailing throughout.
Working in conjunction with the main contractor Caddick Construction, we developed the detailed design of the building and were actively involved in the construction process helping to achieve the quality build that has been realised.
Interior Spaces
Sensory gardens with level access throughout the care home offer peaceful outdoor retreats for residents. With a Cinema, Violet's sweetie shop, hair & beauty salon and coffee shop, community is at the centre of Vida Court.
The design of open spaces and continuous corridors throughout further encourages community and interaction while details such as circadian lighting, and sensory spaces create a calming environment aiding in the care of residents.
The internal spaces have been brought to life brilliantly by Interior Designers Nanu Soda.
