Waterfront is an Italian themed bar and restaurant serving 100 covers.
The design responds to the curve of the existing building by providing waterside booth seating separated from the main open plan space by the island kitchen and bar. Fixed seating lines the open plan bar area, featuring a new barrel vaulted ceiling.
